The Stazi Foundation, Inc. was created in loving memory of Anastasia Genicoff, whose life and spirit continue to inspire those who knew her and beyond. Anastasia’s journey and passing from epithelioid sarcoma, a rare form of cancer, deeply shaped the mission of Stazi Foundation and its commitment to supporting individuals and families navigating grief, loss, and bereavement.

The Foundation exists to acknowledge that grief is not something to be rushed or hidden. It is a lifelong process rooted in love, memory, and connection. Stazi Foundation provides grief support, memorial healing initiatives, and community-based resources that create space for remembrance, emotional wellness, and long-term healing.
